While deceased was proceeding outbye with a loaded rake of six tubs a snibble dropped out of one of the wheels of one of the tubs; he went to reinsert it when his right trouser leg was caught by another snibble and he was dragged some distance and received injury to the calf of his leg. He died 12 weeks later from septic poisoning.
