Deceased was making up a shot, when an explosion occurred, inflicting injuries which caused his death next day. No one saw the accident, but from the position in which deceased was found, and other circumstances surrounding the place of accident, it is very probable he had tied two cartridges of gelignite together and was unduly pressing the detonator into one of them for the primer, when the whole exploded.
