Details of Event
He had been with others shovelling coal into it wagon standing under a hopper. His mates had left, and another man thinking no one was there, lowered another wagon by gravity. As soon as this closed on the standing one a scream was heard and deceased was found fatally crushed between the buffers. He must have stepped between the wagons as they were closing.
