A fall of roof where it was soft and ‘neash’ for a yard or more over the coal and in a place which seemed well secured. It is almost a wonder that more accidents have not occurred in the place which once more exemplifies the statement that if the same care were exercised by the men in places where the roof appears good as they do where they see it is really bad there would be many less accidents than do occur.
