Deceased took a full tub from the face in order to lower it by means of a balance rope down an incline dipping 1 in 5. He was found several feet below where the tub should have been attached, in front of the tub, and jammed between it and the roadside. The tub had doubtless overmastered him as he tried to push it back to the rope end.
