Crushed between waggon and brick wall, in lowering the waggon either walked backwards and so did not see that he was approaching the wall or he was riding on the break backwards. My view is the latter. 8.5 inches space between wall and the break handle, 15 inches space between wall and side of waggon. The manager bar increased the space so that there is now room to pass clear of the wall.
