- Whilst taking an empty tub along a level, just before passing through a hanging leather screen, he stopped to listen if a drawer were bringing out a full tub, did not hear one so he did not blow the whistle he carried, it happened that whilst he was stopped to listen another drawer with a full tub had stopped to listen, this drawer alleged that he whistled the two drawers moved forward, the two tubs met, deceased being driven back against an empty tub following him. Died 21st August.
