Fall of ground, about 10 tons, from above where they were working on a ledge, carried them with it to the bottom. It was a bed of even rock, about a foot to eighteen inches thick which, being upright, came away at a bed into which water apparently had got and loosened it. Screech had full charge of the work. 2 killed.
