Details of Event
Deceased attended to some stone sawing frames. Although he was an experienced man he had probably forgot tell to grease the bearings during the breakfast time. He went later, whilst the machinery was in motion on to a plank 10 feet 6 inches above the floor, and his clothing caught upon the revolving shaft. He was whirled around and injured so severely that he died the same night.
