- Fall in drawing road whilst repairing, shortly after removing the two jig props to move nearer to the face, whilst laying rails, a large stone suddenly fell on deceased and another person, fortunately one side rested on the pack and the latter escaped, although injured. The good rock roof had changed to a bastard conglomerate, one side fallen revealed this but neither fireman nor colliers had detected it Two bars ought to have been up. (Roof good).
