In taking a full tub, with one wheel lockered from his stall face down a short length of road dipping about 1 in 12, deceased was in front holding it with his back, and another man was assisting him behind. Deceased slipped and was caught between the corner of the tub and a prop. He died immediatety, death being due to a fractured rib piercing the heart. The accident resulted from a breach of Special Rule 88.
