Deceased fell backwards on to a rail and fractured his skull while lifting an electric cable terminal box on to a table. There is a suspicion that he received an electric shock from the bare ends of the cable which caused him to fall but there was no direct evidence of this, and the jury at the inquest returned a verdict that he died from the results of a fall caused by his feet slipping.
