- Deceased and his marrow were laying plates in a rolleyway when he complained of pain in the region of his heart. He rested and then recommenced work, but again feeling the pain prepared to go home, when he suddenly collapsed and died. There was no suggestion of any accident. An inquest was held at which medical evidence was given that he had been attended for pleurisy and pericarditis and that death was due to heart disease, and so the jury found.
