      - Details of Event

      - Deceased was at the road head filling a tub, and he was close to a prop which supported the roof at a point 3 feet from the face. A stone suddenly fell from between the prop and the coal, and caught him above the left ankle, fractured the bone and caused a flesh wound further up his leg. Blood poisoning from the wound set in, and he died from it a week later.
