Deceased had gone into a neighbours place to assist him to turn over a large piece of midstone into the goaf. While doing so a wedge-shaped piece of sandstone 14ft. by 4ft by 2ft. 9ins. at extremes suddenly fell from the roof. The apex struck deceased fracturing his skull.
