Deceased was found pinned between the flywheel and a partition wall and suspended with his head down in the flywheel pit. He was dead. Apparently he had been moving the engine off the dead centre with his foot on one of the spokes of the flywheel and holding the fencing with his hands, when is be slipped and was dragged round by the wheel. A bar was provided for use when starting the engine off centre, but deceased did not regularly use it.
