Inspection made and inquest attended. His drawer was taking a full tub out along the level when the tub got of the rails and struck against a bar leg. Deceased came and assisted him to get the tub on the rails and stated he would make the place right by the time the drawer returned and when repairing the place a fall of roof coal occurred upon him the bar having been knocked out.
