Fall of roof from a concealed slant at ripping brow in stall road. Jenkins left the stall he was instructed to work in and went to a stall which had been allotted to another man. Here after trying to bar the roof down he knocked a post out and the roof immediately fell, killing him and a haulier standing near. 2 killed.
