Deceased, along with two other men, was engaged widening a shunt. Two temporary props had been set, a broken bar removed, the shunt widened, and a bar put up in place of the broken one. They were then cleaning up when a fall of roof occurred, displacing the bar which had just been set, and fatally injuring deceased.
