Died from natural causes on the 11th August. He was injured when at-work at South Wales Colliery in May, 1904, but subsequently returned and worked until July, 1905. It was attempted to show that death was due to the accident, but medical evidence proved that it was not so. In any case the fatality would not be comprised, death having occurred more than a year and a day after the accident.
