Died 17th November. Deceased was at Netherton Colliery with a horse and cart for coal; while in the weigh house paying for the coal the horse moved away and deceased ran after it and was rushed by the cart against a gate post, his head was injured and three ribs broken, and he died four days later from heart disease and shock, as stated at the inquest by the doctor who attended him.
