Details of Event
Fall of roof at the face of a "Barry" working. The place was secured with flats set across the road, the ends being about 3 feet from the face at this the widest place. The stone was feather edged and broke off at the face, the thickest point being about 13 inches. It was smooth, with hard top above where it came from the stone was about 20 to 24 inches wide, and 5 or 6 feet long.
