Fall of roof on road cliff 30ft. by 13ft. by 7 to 8ft thick fell while deceased was clearing a small fall. Falls had occurred at the same spot five times before. The fifth occurred on the previous night and two pairs of timbers had been stood leaving portion of the hole in the roof unsecured which undoubtedly was the cause of the fatal fall. 3 killed.
