Deceased bent down to uncouple a horse's tail-chain from a full tub, when evidently the horse moved. Deceased’s head was crushed between the full tub and a middle-set. The use of middle-sets where tubs were coupled and uncoupled is a source of danger and should be avoided wherever possible.
