Deceased was in charge of a horse pulling a full tub from the gate-end. He appeared to have been standing between the horse and the tub, and when the horse suddenly moved the tub threw deceased into a prop by the side of the road and fatally crushed him. The collier had left the gateend and gone back to his work. It was the duty of the collier to see the boy start safely from the gate-end, but he went back to his working place instead of waiting.
