Inspection made and inquest attended. Deceased was in a slack waggon under the screens when the waggon was being lowered to the screens and he appears to have been looking over the edge of it when he got fatally crushed against a cross beam of the screens. It happened to be a higher waggon than what they were accustomed to have. Boys will not be allowed to remain in the waggons when moved in future.
