Fall of roof at face road end; a large stone in one block measuring 4ft. by 3ft. 4ins., by 2ft. 11ins. fell from between two wet clay slants, one of which was not seen until after the fall occurred. There was one sprag against this stone, and one prop under it. It was said to have been quite a good roof. Two and a-half Seam. Naked lights.
