- Details of Event
- He was coming out-bye with his pony and two full tubs on a slight rise. Thirty or forty minutes after leaving a stall he was found quite dead between the tubs with the hind wheels of the first tub off the rails. His lamp and cap were close to his clothes showed that they had been rolled in the dust. He had apparently been riding on the limbers which is permitted, and by some means to have fallen off. It was a good road 5ft high by 8ft. wide at the place where the accident occurred.
