- Crushed between the buffers of waggons crossing sidings near screens two waggons about 3 feet apart had passed between the near buffers and whilst between the far buffers one of the waggons was bumped forward by waggons being lowered by a shunter which could not see deceased who was a short cut to a cabin to rest a few minutes and have a smoke. There was a safe road round to the cabin without crossing the sidings.
