Fall of roof on road, deceased and a repairer had pulled out two pairs of timber, and six trams of rubbish had fallen. While they were clearing it away, preparatory to standing new timbers, a piece of rock, 15 inches square by 4 inches thick, struck him on the head, and fractured his skull. He died on April 9th from fits, due to chronic meningitis. Seven feet seam.
