The deceased and three other men were riding on a bogie, and on going round a curve they met a locomotive on the same line coming towards them and a collision occurred. He was thrown off and so severely injured that he died within a short time and one of the other men was injured but eventually recovered No proper outlook was kept and the bogie was travelling at too great a speed.
