While assisting in the erection of some bars on the engine plane, a small piece of the roof fell and slightly cut the back of deceased’s head. He continued to work for a few days, then stayed at home feeling unwell, and 'was found later to be suffering from erysipelas, from 'which he died on 22nd April, the erysipelas, in the medical opinion, being probably due to the accident.
