He was standing at the mouth of a level of an incline, on the outbye side of two full tubs. Two other tubs were being hauled up the incline from a lower level and they got off the way and caught the first mentioned tubs. These latter fell on to the youth and he was severely injured and died six days afterwards. He should not have been on or near, the incline during the time a set was being hauled up.
