Deceased was working by himself at the time of the accident. A workman heard him shout, and found him under a stone 6 feet by 3 feet by 5 inches, which had fallen from the roof. The fall was due in all probability to badly set timber. There was a slip on one side, but this continued some distance outbye, and should have been guarded against.
