He was employed as a Driver on a road having an increasing dip outbye. The proper load was four tubs and drivers were not allowed to ride on the tubs. He was found jammed fast between the third tub of his set and the side of the road. His set consisted of five tubs, all of which were on the way, and the pony was standing quietly. It is not known how the accident happened.
