Details of Event
He was last seen walking in front of a train of full tubs. A second rope-runner followed him up and found him lying between the rails and the side almost dead. There is no evidence to show how the accident happened. The train was not travelling more than four miles an hour and the road was 5 feet high. He may have been riding or may have lost his light and f ouled the tubs. The train continued its usual journey and the second tub was found off the road.
