Three ribs broken puncturing lungs, compound fracture of jaw, from frame of jig falling or being puled on to him. In front pulling at the rope, another collier behind the jig pushing at the drum, trying to get two full dirt tubs started. Deceased walked underground up incline 1 in 2.2 and walked home. Died 30th from inflammation of lungs.
