A horse rake consisting of five tabs was proceeding outbye and deceased and three others rode on the tubs on the way out the last tub occupied by deceased left the rails and he was thrown off and was pricked on the right leg by one of several picks he had with him. Blood poisoning set in and he died eight days afterwards.
