- Details of Event
- Deceased was taking a full tub down a drawing road, which for about 30 yards had a falling gradient of 1 in 7 and then continued level. He used a scotch but it had apparently come out and the tub got away too fast and knocked out a prop, causing a fall which partially buried deceased. His head was cut, but when liberated he walked home. Instead of carrying out the doctor's instructions to rest, he went out again during the day, and at night took ill and died on the following day.
