When stooping to pick up a piece of stone to fill into a trolley another stone rolled down the side of the heap from which he was filling and catching against a projecting stone jumped and struck him on the head causing injuries from which he died four days afterwards. Had he not at the moment been stooping rather low thus allowing of his head being struck the accident would not have resulted in even serious injury. It seems a case of pure misadventure.
