Three small runners with their full tubs one behind the other were standing on a gangway waiting for a man front getting his tub weighed when a baulk of timber 12.5ins by 11ins broke. Deceased and his tub fell over the gangway side followed by the tub of one of the other men which fell upon and killed him.
