Inspection made and inquest attended. When jigging, the empty tub got uncoupled from the rest, the full tub going down about half way and got off the rails. They pushed the empty up to near that point, deceased standing behind it. Another person trying to get the full tub on the rails, when the full tub moved down knocking the corner of the empty tub, which fatally crushed the deceased against a bar. He expired October 11th, 1906.
