Unsworth was engaged taking a full tub into a shunt at foot of a drawing road dipping 1 in 6, when he was overtaken and killed by two runaway tubs. The drawer in charge of one of the tubs lost control of it through a "scotch coming out. This tub overtook a second full tub and caused it to run away also. Both tubs went down the road together and fatally injured deceased.
