Inspection made and inquest attended. Deceased and another person were drawing out a chock after capping two props in front of it when the roof gave way from where they had drawn the two props. They had set nothing to protect themselves thinking the roof safe. This shows that the best human judgement cannot be depended upon and men should not work under unsupported roof. He died from the effects of the injuries received, March 2nd.
