- Deceased was walking outbye between his pony and a full tub down a gradient of 1 in 10 when a lagging board broke and liberated about 12lbs. of earth, which fell from the roof upon the pony. It bolted, and deceased was overthrown and severely crushed by the tub. He died from the effects of the injuries on February 9th.
