- Died March 17. Deceased was driving horse attached to 10 full tubs on a road dipping about 1.25 inches per yard in the direction in which he going. He had stopped the set to take out drags from the front wheels of the last two tubs and had then got on to the first tub and started the tub and the horse stumbled and first moved back onto the second when the horse fell upending the first and caused the second tub to go upon him and he was crushed by it. The road was 6 feet high and 6 feet wide and was in good order and there was nothing observed to account for the horse falling. The Local Inspectors reported in connection with the accident 'that no blame can be attached to anyone.’
