When Tudor was engaged getting coal in the 3-feet seam, a stone 5 feet by 1 foot 6 inches by 1 inch fell from an overhanging slip, running in line of face, displaced a prop set 2 feet from the slip, and inflicted injuries from which he died on the 12th instant.
