Details of Event
A contractor named Williams for whom deceased worked on the coal had been ripping roof and had failed to get a piece down and purposed setting timber under it in consequence. In the mean time deceased came out to fetch an empty tram in to the face and while doing so assisted by Williams, the stone fell, just as he was under it and caused fatal injuries.
