Fall of side (coal) at longwall face in Clod and Randles seam. A length of face had been holed and the sprags withdrawn to get the coal down. All that was required to fall did not come down and after trying to pull it down Tranter set one sprag and commenced to hole the coal further when there was a heavy goth and the coal fell on him. One sprag was not sufficient to have set.
