Struck by tub at bottom of jig brow. Jigger thought signal to go on had been given, pushed full tub into brow; there being no empty tub attached to other end of rope, the full tub attained such speed that when brake applied the rope slipped round the wheel, full tub dashed to the bottom uncontrolled.
